Since then, we continue our efforts with same attention and diligence in order to meet ISO 9001:2008 standards at the highest level possible.
Quality Management Approach in Dentram
Dentram Dental Clinics conduct principal improvements and checks at regular intervals in order to fulfill requirements of the quality management system in measurable areas. In this context;
- Internal and external audits of Quality Management System should be successfully passed and certification of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System should be completed,
- Process Metrics of Quality Management System should be monitored and target values should be seized for each indicator within scope of the QMS Matrix,
- Client satisfaction should be maintained above 85 percent,
- Internal training and education on ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System should be held and qualifications of employees should be boosted; at least 5 hours of internal training and education should be organized for each employee per year,
ISO 9000 series standards implies the whole standards that are issued by International Organization for Standardization and guide the establishment and improvement of Quality Management System in order to maximize client satisfaction in organizations.
ISO 9001 is the standard that describes the conditions, which should be met when Quality Management System is established, and that constitute the basis for certification. However, there are also guides that are issued by International Organization for Standardization. ISO 9001 and the guides are jointly referred as ISO 9000 series.
